It was a great honor for our very own Judina Arends to be nominated as a 2022 finalist for GCCA’s Don Schlimme Future Leader Award. This award recognizes outstanding young professional in the North American cold storage industry.

As a nominee, each finalist was interviewed by a panel of judges who are leaders in the industry, and also made a presentation to hundreds of attendees at the annual IARW-WFLO Convention in San Diego, CA. While Judina was not the final winner of the award, we are incredibly proud of the excellent presentation she gave and honored that she was a nominee.
